Our priority is to provide ease to our beloved customer, therefore, customers can return or exchange items within 15 working days of receiving the items at any physical branch of One Dollar Shop and all claims will be entertained after the approval from the quality department.
Our online services are only available for Lahore currently but we have the intention to grow nationwide. All online orders received from Lahore will be delivered by One Dollar Shop internal courier service.
The product will be dispatched within three days once the order is confirmed over call or email.
It will take a maximum of 3-7 Days for the packet to be delivered.
