One Dollar Shop assures that all our customers are satisfied so we offer this opportunity to exchange the product with another but with few limitations.

  • Please note that items on sale and promotion are not eligible for exchange.
  • Returning item/product is not broken or damaged, if in case it is broken while delivering and the customer received it in broken condition, the customer has to provide the proof of it by taking its picture while receiving from the delivery boy.
  • Customers are allowed to open the parcel before accepting it.
  • Product exchange is possible at all the branches of One Dollar Shop
  • Customer must show the receipt while exchanging the items/products

If there is any manufacturing fault in the product then a refund will be issued within 7 days at any branches of One Dollar Shop. Note, customers must provide receipts upon refunding the items/products.
